  • ¼ cups Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 4 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • ¼ cups Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour

Directions
  1. Heat skillet on low-medium heat. Add butter and let melt. Add flour and mix with a wire whisk to create a roux.
  2. Turn heat down to low and add heavy cream and chicken stock, stirring the entire time. Add gorgonzola and garlic, stirring for another 1 to 2 minutes. Mixture should be thick and creamy.
  3. Add on meats, vegetables, or use as a dipping sauce.
