How to make it
- Heat skillet on low-medium heat. Add butter and let melt. Add flour and mix with a wire whisk to create a roux.
- Turn heat down to low and add heavy cream and chicken stock, stirring the entire time. Add gorgonzola and garlic, stirring for another 1 to 2 minutes. Mixture should be thick and creamy.
- Add on meats, vegetables, or use as a dipping sauce.
