How to make it

  • Brown ground meat (with onions if using them) and drain if needed. Stir in water, seasoning, tomatoes, chili, olives & corn. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered at least 15-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Don't forget sour cream, guacamole and/or grated cheese on top!
  • This soup also works well with venison. You can also substitute 1/3 - 1/2 of the tomatoes for your favorite salsa to turn up the heat.
