Fresh Corn Zucchini Medley

- 4 ears bi-color corn on the cob shopping list
- 1 zucchini, grated shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
- black pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Using a knife, carefully cut the corn off the cob.
- Place corn into a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of butter and put over medium-low heat.
- Take the zucchini and grate it using your favorite grater.
- Stir the grated zucchini into the corn and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Just wanted to add knowing me, I probably would omit the butter and use bacon grease to satue with and then crumble up baco...morecliff in Nederland loved it
