How to make it

  • Using a knife, carefully cut the corn off the cob.
  • Place corn into a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of butter and put over medium-low heat.
  • Take the zucchini and grate it using your favorite grater.
  • Stir the grated zucchini into the corn and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes.

    Sounds tasty, quick, easy and simple! I'm not a big fan of corn but, satued corn is pretty good.

    Just wanted to add knowing me, I probably would omit the butter and use bacon grease to satue with and then crumble up bacon in the veggies.
