How to make it

  • Sauté in olive oil: 1/2 onion & Tsp of cumin grounded
  • Add & cook until tender: 3 garlic cloves, 2 bell peppers, and 2 jalepeno peppers
  • Add & simmer: 3 tomatoes
  • Add: 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 1 chili pepper
  • Add beans or meats: 15 oz chick peas and 15 oz pinto beans
