How to make it

  • Set the marinated meats to chill. Stir frequently , dry . OvenBake (450F) around 1/4 hr, the beef loin on cookie sheet , then, sprinke oil. Oven Switch off , then,keep the tender loin inside, warmed, 3/4 hr till rare.
  • Then, ovenbake the pork loin (325F) around 60 mins , remove when ready.
  • Cut the meats , put in recipient . Put some over sandwich. Build your sandwich with endyve, then elective constituents
  • Choose between meats or simply insert the two kinds of loins to get various tastes
