  • Cook chopped ground beef while that is cooking be cooking the macaronni when there done drain the grease off of themeat and drain the water off of the macaronni. i have abig skillet that i use . in skillet mix meat,macaronni,mushrooms and spaghetti sauce together. turn burner down on low cover with cheese let melt .or put in a baking dish and cover with cheese and bake in oven for a few minutes. Serve with garlic bread and salad!!!!!
