Ingredients
- 8 cups mixed berries ( blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc )
- 1/3 cup lt brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Vermont fruity red wine
- quark, cream fraiche, Fromage Blac or marscapone cheese as needed from 8 oz container
- garnish: vanilla sugar or turbinado sugar
- fresh mint leaves
Directions
- In a bowl combine fruits and sugar, wine and let stand until sugar dissolves and a syrup forms
- Divide fruit mixture into 6 glasses
- add a dollop a of desired dairy product
- sprinkle with the sugar
- garnish with mint
