Head Fish Ginger Soup

- 1 Fresh Carp Head (Fresh required) shopping list
- 1KG Chinese cabbage/ bok choy shopping list
- 1 ginger shopping list
- 2 Small Chillies shopping list
- 2 celery, coriander leaves/cilantro shopping list
- 1.8 Liter Boiled water shopping list
- 1 pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 pinch of chicken Gourmet Powder shopping list
How to make it
- Wash all ingredients, cut ginger into small pieces and cook it with oil until the gingers are golden, afterward add Fish head into the wok.
- Add the fish head, ginger, small chillies and oil into the boiling water,. Wait for another 50 minutes. After that, add the bak choy into the boiling soup wait 15 minutes again.
- Then add celery, salt, chicken gourmet powder (turn off the heat), before serving add coriander (this is optional).
