Easy egg salad

A really simple egg salad. Can be eaten as is, or used for an egg salad sandwich. I use the same ingredients for tuna salad. Sometimes even tuna and egg salad combined!
Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayo shopping list
- 1 teaspoon mustard (optional) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon relish shopping list
- lemon pepper seasoning shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- cut eggs into small pieces
- add mayo, mustard and relish
- add a small sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
