How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients manually until it looks evenly colored
  • Evenly divide into small or large parts depending on taste
  • Shape into balls and flatten it.
  • Fry the patties in a little virgin olive oil.
  • At the side heat the insides of the burger bun until slightly brown.
  • When it stops sticking to the pan flip it until it is cooked.
  • Best served with tomato, sliced onions , coleslaw and ketchup.
