Cranberry Orange Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions
  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
