Pistachio Chocolate Cake Recipe
This cake can be made wheat free with Betty Crockers new gluten free cake mix. Directions are the same for regular or gluten free. Thanks Betty Crocker for coming out with a great cake mix. Hope all of you enjoy this!

Ingredients
  • Yellow Cake Mix (Regular or Betty Crocker Gluten Free)
  • 1 box Pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. pure almond extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (u-bet works well-or Hershey)
  • 1/2 cup Nestle Chocolate Morsels

Directions
  1. Spray Bundt cake with GF or spray oil
  2. Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, almond extract, water, oil, orange juice together until well blended. Pour 1/2 of the batter into greased pan. In remaining batter, pour 1/2 cup syrup and mix well. On top of yellow half in pan, add 1/2 cup chocolate bits. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick come out clean. For Gluten free mix be careful not to over bake. Cool for 1/2 hour before serving and enjoy!
