How to make it

  • Combine dessert topping with 1/2 cup milk.
  • Beat on high speed until thickened.
  • Add peanut butter and beat on low until thoroughly mixed.
  • Add remaining milk and dry pudding mix.
  • Once again beat on high for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
  • Place 24 of the wafers on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Put a heaping spoonful of mixture on each wafer.
  • Top with remaining wafer.
  • Freeze uncovered for 3 hours, then place in a container with a lid and re-place in the freezer.
