Pumpkin Pancakes

- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ginger shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups solid pack pumpkin shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 1/4 cups milk shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.(Batter may be lumpy)
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Brush with oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; flatten slightly with back of spoon. Cook until bubbles form on surface & begin to burst. Flip. Cook for 1-2 more minutes or until golden brown.
