This glaze was an "experimental recipe" that my mom tried a couple years ago decorating Christmas cookies. It turned out great! Goes good with the Spritz Cookies also listed in my recipes.

Ingredients
  • 4C (more or less depending on how much you need) Powdered Sugar
  • 3T (plus some to thin out the glaze) Orange Juice
  • 2t Vanilla

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients till it forms a smooth icing.
  2. Add more orange juice till it is the right consistancy for your cookies.
  3. Glaze cookies and enjoy!
