How to make it

  • Cut steak into large pieces
  • cover bottom of large skillet with Olive Oil
  • Add steak to skillet so it covers the bottom
  • add onion & green pepper
  • Cover steak & veggies with stewed tomatoes & sauce
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer on Low for about 1 hour. I will turn the steak twice during this time.
  • Boil Egg noodles
  • Drain and add butter til melted
  • Serve swiss steak over noodles
