Down South Savory Cheesecake

- 1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 4 ounce can chopped green chilies drained shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup chopped yellow bell peppers shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped black olive shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325. Stir together chips and butter and press into a springform pan and bake 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese and eggs in large bowl at medium speed until well blended. Stir in the cheese and chilies and pour over crust. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Spread sour cream over cheese cake and sprinkle on toppings. Chill 2 hours.
- Remove from cake pan after chilling. Let sit out to soften a little before serving. Serve on platter surrounded by tortilla chips and celery sticks
