party carrots

this is easy, but seems like a litle effort was made. pretty and tasty.
Ingredients
- 2 # carrots shopping list
- 2 t chicken bouillion shopping list
- 8 oz velveeta, cube shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 4 green onions, sliced small shopping list
- 14 t salt shopping list
- 1/4 t pepper shopping list
How to make it
- disolve bouillion in 1 in water.
- add carrots slices
- simmer til almost cooked
- in another pan, mix velveeta and butter. cook till melted
- add...cream cheese, onions, salt and pepper. stir till melted.
- Drain carrots and combine with sauce. put into greased baking dish
- Bake at 350 degrees .....25 min till bubbly.
