How to make it

  • disolve bouillion in 1 in water.
  • add carrots slices
  • simmer til almost cooked
  • in another pan, mix velveeta and butter. cook till melted
  • add...cream cheese, onions, salt and pepper. stir till melted.
  • Drain carrots and combine with sauce. put into greased baking dish
  • Bake at 350 degrees .....25 min till bubbly.
