beef and biscuit casserole

- 1#lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/ 2 C chopped o nion shopping list
- 1/4 C chopped chilies shopping list
- 8 oz tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 t chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 t garlic salt shopping list
- 8 oz can refrigerated biscuits shopping list
- 1 1/2 C shredded jack or cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 C sour cream shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- brown beef,, and onion, and chilies. Drain .Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt
- simmer while preparing dough.
- seperatedough into 10 biscuits, pull each one apart into 2 layers.
- press 10 biscuits over bottom of ungreased 8 or9 inch pan.
- combine 1/2 C cheese, sour cream, and egg.
- remove meat from heat, and stir in cheese mix. Spoon over dough.
- arrange remaining biscuits on top.
- sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- bake 375 degrees for 25 min.
