Pecan-crumb Peach Cake

- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, softened shopping list
- 2 (15 ounce) cans peach slices, drained shopping list
- pecan-Crumb Topping: shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Peach Cake:
- In a medium bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, eggs, butter and vanilla, mixing well. Add the sifted ingredients to the sour cream mixture. Stir until all the dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in the peaches. Spread mixture into prepared baking pan.
- Pecan-Crumb Topping:
- Using a food processor, pulse all ingredients until butter is well incorporated and mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until done in center. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
