Talk about 30 minute meal this dish qualifies...easy to do after a long day at work

Ingredients
  • 2 packages of good salmon (not in can)
  • Green onion to taste
  • 1 Cup of mayo
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon of yellow mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon or Oreagano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • For a kick add dash of red pepper seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Panko bread crumbs. (more if batter is too loose)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl
  2. heat non stick pany (medium heat)
  3. add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to pan
  4. Form 4 patties from mixture
  5. let cook til brown of both sides
  6. Serve and enjoy
