How to make it

  • Cut Chicken Breast into strips about 1 inch thick and 1 inch long.
  • Wrap each piece of chicken with two pieces of bacon. Place bacon wrapped chicken onto flat pan and place in oven at 375 for 30 minutes.
  • When 30 minutes are up place pan on top rack and broil for 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile heat olive oil on frying pan with olive oil and fry eggs adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toast bead, butter and place egg on top.
  • Remove chicken from pan, add three pieces per serving to plate with egg on toast and enjoy.
