Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast cut up into tenders
  • 1 Pound Bacon
  • 5 Eggs
  • 5 Pieces Whole wheat bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil or Canola Oil
  • Butter

Directions
  1. Cut Chicken Breast into strips about 1 inch thick and 1 inch long.
  2. Wrap each piece of chicken with two pieces of bacon. Place bacon wrapped chicken onto flat pan and place in oven at 375 for 30 minutes.
  3. When 30 minutes are up place pan on top rack and broil for 8 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile heat olive oil on frying pan with olive oil and fry eggs adding salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toast bead, butter and place egg on top.
  6. Remove chicken from pan, add three pieces per serving to plate with egg on toast and enjoy.
