How to make it

  • Mix tuna with chopped chilies and the liquid from the can of chilies. Add onion to tuna mixture. Stir in mayonnaise until you get a mushy consistency. Sprinkle cilantro on top and serve with tortilla chips.

    Found this originally at Virginia's On the Bay in Aransas Pass, Texas. Was hoping to find a recipe like the one they use and this is it.
    Folks this is some mighty fine eating. Use smoked fresh tuna if you can get it. You'll love it.
