Ingredients

Chicken brest

Yellow bell pepper

red bell pepper

green bell pepper

Liquid smock

Fjita or toco seasoning

BLAST Boyou seasoning

Medium Onion

Flour Tortilia raps

1 to 2 tomatos

greated chese (optional )

sour cream ( optional )

1 tb spoon veg oil

small amount of water If needed

Garlic (1) toe

Directions

Slice long strips of cleaned chicken breast ( set aside )

Cut and seeds the washed bell pepper then slice long strips.

slice 1/2 onion for cooking

CONDUMENT BOWLS

Cut tomatos into small peaces

gread the cheese

put sour cream in bowl

cut raw onion in small peaces

COOKING

preheat oven to 350 F this is for the tortilias

put oil in pan and heat

fri the chicken stripsand Crushed Garlic.Cook the chicken till it is white on eatch side

Add the toco and blast seasoning and mix will covering the chicken

If spice starts to stick to pan add 1 tb spoon of water.

continue to fri, adding Liquid smock. when chicken is compleat and no peank in center then add your bell peppers and onions. I like them to go in right before i am finished becouse i like them to be crisp. If you like your pepper more soft let them cook in the pan longer. The main thing is Liquid smock and blast.bayou

Now lay the tortileas only what you are eating now. in oven. Heat 30 seconds or package directions. I like to heat them up fresh as i eat them. Add the mixture to the tortilia then take to the table and add from the condement bowls Eat and enjoy
