- chicken brest shopping list
- yellow bell pepper shopping list
- red bell pepper shopping list
- green bell pepper shopping list
- Liquid smock shopping list
- Fjita or toco seasoning shopping list
- BLAST Boyou seasoning shopping list
- Medium onion shopping list
- flour Tortilia raps shopping list
- 1 to 2 tomatos shopping list
- greated chese (optional ) shopping list
- sour cream ( optional ) shopping list
- 1 tb spoon veg oil shopping list
- small amount of water If needed shopping list
- garlic (1) toe shopping list
How to make it
- Slice long strips of cleaned chicken breast ( set aside )
- Cut and seeds the washed bell pepper then slice long strips.
- slice 1/2 onion for cooking
- CONDUMENT BOWLS
- Cut tomatos into small peaces
- gread the cheese
- put sour cream in bowl
- cut raw onion in small peaces
- COOKING
- preheat oven to 350 F this is for the tortilias
- put oil in pan and heat
- fri the chicken stripsand Crushed Garlic.Cook the chicken till it is white on eatch side
- Add the toco and blast seasoning and mix will covering the chicken
- If spice starts to stick to pan add 1 tb spoon of water.
- continue to fri, adding Liquid smock. when chicken is compleat and no peank in center then add your bell peppers and onions. I like them to go in right before i am finished becouse i like them to be crisp. If you like your pepper more soft let them cook in the pan longer. The main thing is Liquid smock and blast.bayou
- Now lay the tortileas only what you are eating now. in oven. Heat 30 seconds or package directions. I like to heat them up fresh as i eat them. Add the mixture to the tortilia then take to the table and add from the condement bowls Eat and enjoy
