How to make it

  • Slice long strips of cleaned chicken breast ( set aside )
  • Cut and seeds the washed bell pepper then slice long strips.
  • slice 1/2 onion for cooking

  • put sour cream in bowl
  • cut raw onion in small peaces
  • COOKING
  • preheat oven to 350 F this is for the tortilias
  • put oil in pan and heat
  • fri the chicken stripsand Crushed Garlic.Cook the chicken till it is white on eatch side
  • Add the toco and blast seasoning and mix will covering the chicken
  • If spice starts to stick to pan add 1 tb spoon of water.
  • continue to fri, adding Liquid smock. when chicken is compleat and no peank in center then add your bell peppers and onions. I like them to go in right before i am finished becouse i like them to be crisp. If you like your pepper more soft let them cook in the pan longer. The main thing is Liquid smock and blast.bayou
  • Now lay the tortileas only what you are eating now. in oven. Heat 30 seconds or package directions. I like to heat them up fresh as i eat them. Add the mixture to the tortilia then take to the table and add from the condement bowls Eat and enjoy
