Ingredients

How to make it

  • Over medium heat, saute bell peppers, onion, broccoli, celery in olive or vegetable oil for approx 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add garlic and ginger and saute one minute. (If you like it spicy, add a pinch of red pepper flakes)
  • Add mushrooms and saute 30 seconds.
  • Lower heat to medium-low and add soy or teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, hoisin sauce and honey and blend well, and let the mixture cook for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Mix chicken in with veggies until well coated.
  • Top with bean sprouts and gently combine.
  • Serve immediately over jasmine, white or brown rice.
