Maple Pecan Pie

- 1/2 C. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 C. maple syrup shopping list
- 1/4 C. dark corn syrup shopping list
- 4 Tbs butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. pecans, coarsely chopped shopping list
- Hot pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, whisk brown sugar, syrups, butter, vanilla, and eggs until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into hot pie shell.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until filling is puffed and set at edges but still jiggles slightly in center. Cover rim of pie with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over-browning. Cool completely on wire rack.
