Made this for dinner last night for my mother and two of my nieces who were staying over for the night......and it was WONDERFUL!! The lemon zest made the steak seem a little lighter, not heavy like most steaks seem to be. Very juicy, very tender....just like you said. My nieces, who are 9 and 12, said that I should "work as a chef at a fancy steakhouse in town somewhere." LOL!! We had a nice spinach salad with a strawberry vinaigrette dressing to begin with. The girls decided they wanted fries with their steak, so they helped their grandma make homemade french fries as a side. Then we ended the meal with Kemps Joe Mauer Malt Cups for dessert. It was a delicious meal altogether & the steaks turned out great!! The girls asked me to make a copy of this recipe to give to their dad (my brother) so they could make this at home sometime in the future. Thanks for posting this recipe....I am now going to click the subscribe button and try some of your other ones :-)

I'm a dummy and didn't take a picture of the finished product. This is the closest to what the end results looked like.
