Ingredients
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 T sweet paprika
  • 1 t dry mustard
  • 1 t allspice,Ground
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 thick tenderloin steaks

Directions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredietns in small bowl. (Can be prepared 1 week
  2. ahead. Store in airtight container.)
  3. Prepare barbeque (high heat). Rub spice mixture generously into both
  4. sides of steaks. Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 6 minutes
  5. per side for welldone. Serve hot.
