- Crust shopping list
- 3/4 cup graham wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or shredded coconut shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tbsp melted butter shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 3 pkgs cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ginger shopping list
- 2 tbsp milk shopping list
- 1 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
How to make it
- Crust: Combine crust ingredients. Press firmly into a 9 inch spring form pan
- Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- While blending slowly add sugars.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until blended.
- Beat in pumpkin spices milk, and cornstarch until thoroughly combined.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hr or until center is set.
- Removie from oven and run knife around sides on pan
- Cool at room temperature.
- Chill covered overnight.
