So Good Brownies

So good, so yummy, so yummy with a glass of cold milk.
Ingredients
- So Good Brownies shopping list
- 4 (1-oz.) unsweetened chocolate baking squares shopping list
- ¾ cup butter shopping list
- 1½ cups granulated sugar shopping list
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 3large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- ⅛ tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottom and sides of an 8—inch pan with aluminum foil, allowing 2-3 inches to extend over sides, lightly grease foil.
- Microwave chocolate squares and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl at HIGH ½ to 2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Whisk in granulated and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, whisking just until blended after each addition. Whisk in flour, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 44 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out with a few in moist crumbs. Cool completely on a wire rack (about 1 hour). Lift brownies from pan, using foil sides as handles. Gently remove foil and cut brownies into 16 squares.
