Southern Chicken Vegetable Soup

- 1 (49.5 oz) can fat free chicken broth shopping list
- 2 (12.5 oz) cans chicken breast, drained. shopping list
- 3 c. frozen mixed vegetables. shopping list
- 1 3/4 c. rainbow rotini shopping list
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (this is what makes it spicy!) shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. onion powder. shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan.
- Add drained chicken that has been chopped into bite sized pieces, vegetables, rotini, whole can of rotel tomatoes, and onion powder.
- Reduce heat; simmer for 7-8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
