Cheeseburger Pancakes Stackwich

Savory cheeseburger placed between 2 sweet gourmet pancakes. You will be surprised how sweet and savory make a delicious combination!
Ingredients
- 2 cups SweetStacks pancake mix (requires milk, eggs & vegetable oil) shopping list
- 4 hamburger patties shopping list
- 4 cheddar cheese slices shopping list
How to make it
- Make gourmet pancake batter using the SweetStacks gourmet pancake mix (use 1 full batch directions). Put batter in refrigerator to stay cool.
- Cook hamburger patties until fully cooked. Add cheese slice to patties and cook at low until cheese has melted.
- Remove pancake batter from refrigerator. Heat griddle at medium heat. Pour pancake batter onto griddle and cook.
- When bubbles begin to appear flip pancakes and cook other side. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Place hamburger patties with melted cheese between two pancakes and serve.
