This is basically a mousse cake,in strawberry flavor,finished with strawberry puree and fresh strawberry on it, jeckond mat on sides
Ingredients
- MOUSSE shopping list
- 75 gm egg yolk shopping list
- 50 gm Custer sugar shopping list
- 175 gm strawberry puree shopping list
- 25 gm lemoneese shopping list
- 75 gm egg white shopping list
- 25 gm Custer sugar shopping list
- 500 gm cream shopping list
- 20 gm gelatin shopping list
- jeckond mat shopping list
- 60 gm egg whit shopping list
- 10 gm custer sugar shopping list
- 100 gm egg shopping list
- 100 gm sugar shopping list
- 15 gm yellow butter shopping list
- 20 gm flour shopping list
- 100 gm white almond powder shopping list
How to make it
- mousse
- Beat egg yolk and sugar
- add lemonees and strawberry puree in the above mix
- melt the gelatin and add in the cream then fold with above mix
- beat egg white and sugar at rose stage then fold with above mix
- jeckond mat
- beat egg white and sugar and store it separately
- beat egg and sugar
- add melted yellow butter in the above mix
- and add flour and white almond pow
- at last mix the meringue
