How to make it

  • Boil lamb in stock with cinnamon stick for about 30 minutes.
  • add tomato puree ad diced tomatoes and spices
  • I used:
  • 1/4 t allspice
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • just a touch of garlic powder
  • 1t pepper
  • 1t salt
  • Cook on low for an hour, pull the meat from the bones when it releases easily.
  • Just before serving add pasta - add additional stock if needed to cook pasta
