Dutch Oven Bread

- 3 1/4cup Water shopping list
- 1tsp Sugar shopping list
- 2tsp Salt shopping list
- 2tsp Dried Rosemary shopping list
- 3/4tsp Yeast (Fleishmans fast acting) shopping list
- 1 1/2cup 110⁰ Water shopping list
- Substitutions: shopping list
- Remove Rosemary and add shopping list
- Jalapeño Cheddar shopping list
- Or shopping list
- Garlic powder and Parmesean cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add water
- Knead until smooth
- Let rise 12-14hrs (this is a good overnight recipe, though I've prepped in the morning and baked in the afternoon with only 6hrs)
- Place Dutch oven(no cover) in oven and heat to 450.
- Tuck dough under and shadow into a ball, place on parchment paper.
- Remove Dutch oven and add a layer of rice to the bottom to prevent bread from burning, and parchment with dough into Dutch oven and cover with lid.
- Bake for 30 min
- Remove lid and bake another 10min
- Remove and cool completely on cooling rack.
