Splash of Sherry Mushroom Rice

- 1 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 1 cup rice,cook according to directions on box. shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp.fresh ground black pepper.1 jar sliced mushrooms drained (2 1/2 oz.) shopping list
- /4 cup chopped pimentoes shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock. shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry sherry. shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the green onions in butter until soft.
- Add rice,salt,pepper.mushrooms,pimentoes,broth,and sherry.
- Pour into a well buttered cassorole (2 quart
- Cover with foil or a tight-fitting lid.
- Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork.
