Ingredients
- cheese cake mix shopping list
- 10 nos egg yolk shopping list
- 250 gm sugar shopping list
- 300 gm cream cheese shopping list
- 10 ml lemon juice shopping list
- 300 gm cream shopping list
- 15 gm gelatin shopping list
- 30 ml water shopping list
- 250 gm truffle shopping list
- TRUFFLE shopping list
- 200 gm melted chocolate shopping list
- 100 ml milk shopping list
- BASE shopping list
- powdered cookie 100 gm shopping list
- icing sugar 15 gm shopping list
- melted butter 50 gm shopping list
- TOP GARNISH shopping list
- 50 gm truffle shopping list
How to make it
- whip egg yolk and sugar at rose stage
- add cream cheese to it slowly
- add lemon juice
- melt the gelatin and mix in the above mix
- add cream to it.
- FOR BASE
- mix powered cookie, melted butter and icing sugar
- finishing
- put it in a ring and pour the cheese cake mix in to the ring and then pipe truffle on the mix and sprinkle it with a tooth pick , then freeze it and remove the ring
