How to make it

  • in large bowl blend PB, sugar and butter until completely blended (HINT: put powdered sugar at bottom of bowl, then PB THEN butter and use a Kitchen aid mixer if you can with the mixer attachment not with wisk)
  • Once blended well ad rice crispies and mix for 10 seconds then fold by hand
  • form in 1/4 cup balls
  • chill for 30 min or don't! and enjoy!
  • I've sometimes had to reshape the balls after chilling
