Easy Peasy Pot Pie

- 22--3 boiled chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 Lg or 2 small bags of mixed vegetables - cooked shopping list
- can of cream of celery, or mushroom soup shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 1 sheet puff pastry shopping list
How to make it
- Put chicken into bite sized pieces mix with veggies and cream soup.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soften and lay pastry on counter, place casserole dish on and cut around leaving a bit extra.
- Put chicken and vegetable mixture in the casserole dish and place pastry on top sealing to the sides by pinching.
- Cut remaining pastry into leaves or whatever and attach to top with a bit of milk.
- Brush crust with milk and bake at 375 until crust is puffed and golden brown.
