Ice Cream Balls

This idea comes from a Southern Living cookbook that I really love...Party Potpourri. Make ahead for all kinds of parties! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Any flavor ice cream such as: Peppermint, coffee, vanilla, etc shopping list
- flaked coconut shopping list
- Chopped pecans shopping list
- Hot fudge sauce or any flavor will do shopping list
How to make it
- Using a scoop, make balls of ice cream about the size of tennis balls
- Roll balls in your choice of coatings such as coconut or chopped pecans
- Place on wax paper lined tray in freezer to harden
- Place them in a covered container after hardened
- When ready to serve, remove from freezer, and serve one to each guest, passing hot fudge sauce to ladle over
