How to make it

  • 1. preheat oven 180degreesC
  • 2. lightly grease and line 16x36cm baking pan
  • 3. Place both flours into a bowl with sugar and oats, add melted butter and mix well.
  • 4. Press 2/3 mixture into base of the tin.
  • 5. Bake for 15mins
  • 6. remove from oven, spoon over raspberry jam
  • 7. Add flaked almonds to remaining crumble mix and crumble over the surface.
  • 8.Bake for a further 15mins or until golden.
  • 9. Allow to cool completely then cut into squares and serve.
