Raspberry Crumble Slice

- 1 1/2 cups plain flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup self raising flour shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 cups rolled oats shopping list
- 250g butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam shopping list
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds shopping list
How to make it
- 1. preheat oven 180degreesC
- 2. lightly grease and line 16x36cm baking pan
- 3. Place both flours into a bowl with sugar and oats, add melted butter and mix well.
- 4. Press 2/3 mixture into base of the tin.
- 5. Bake for 15mins
- 6. remove from oven, spoon over raspberry jam
- 7. Add flaked almonds to remaining crumble mix and crumble over the surface.
- 8.Bake for a further 15mins or until golden.
- 9. Allow to cool completely then cut into squares and serve.
