  • Cream butter and cheese until light & fluffy.
  • Add flavorings and beat well.
  • Add Confectioners Sugar in small increments, beating VERY well in between each addition. By the time all sugar has been added it may be dry and stiff.. Now add Hot milk a table spoon at a time, until the frosting is light and fluffy.

  • I generally split the frosting into two batches. Leaving one vanilla, and the other I add extra Coconut flavoring to.
  • Frost whatever you’d like with this frosting. If there’s to much will freeze very nicely. Thaw in fridge overnight.
  • I add Shredded Moist Coconut to top & Sides of Cake and in between layers I mix with the frosting.

    what does # mean next to the confectioner sugar? Can I presume 2 cups of confectioner sugar?
