Ingredients

1 cup water

1/2 cup honey

6 ounces lemonade from frozen concentrate

1 cup fresh mint leaves

1 cup champagne

10 cups watermelon balls

Directions

In medium saucepan combine water and honey. Bring to boil and stir until honey is dissolved. Stir in lemonade, mint leaves and champagne. Place watermelon balls in a large serving bowl. Pour mixture over fruit then cover and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle lightly with mint leaves then serve immediately.
