Country Club Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 4 heaping tablespoons onion and chive or plain soft cream cheese (tub style) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (optional) shopping list
- 4 slices bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set a rack 5 inches from broiler.
- Pound chicken to 1/3-inch thickness. Spread with a thin layer of cream cheese. Sprinkle with chives. Roll chicken up, jellyroll style. Wrap with a bacon slice. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Change to broiler setting and broil for 5 minutes or until bacon crisps, turning midway for even cooking.
- You can serve this with many different sauces. I would choose a Spicy BBQ, a teriyaki sauce or almost anything you like.
