How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400F. In large bowl, combine melted butter or margarine, chopped fresh basil and chopped fresh thyme until throughly blended.
  • Add red bliss potatoes to bowl and toss gently to coat. Season potatoes with salt and black pepper, if desired. Spoon herbed potatoes into 13X9" roasting pan.
  • Roast 25 min or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Garnish with thyme spring if desired.
