- 3 cups cook rice (or left over rice will do) shopping list
- 2 tablespoon mince garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced carrots shopping list
- 1/2 cup green peas shopping list
- 1/2 cup whole kernel corn (pre-cooked or canned) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced celery (about 1/4 of an inch length) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced leeks (about 1/4 of an inch length) shopping list
- 4pcs dried mushroom (soaked in water then sliced thinly) shopping list
- 2 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oil in an skillet over high heat
- put in dried mushroom to relish the aroma
- then the put in the garlic until medium brown in color
- then put all the vegetable, salt and pepper and sugar
- stir fry for 5 minutes
- add the rice then mixed well
- continue mixing for another 5 minutes
- serve hot with your refreshing drinks or with a hot coffee.
