Noodle Soup

How to make it
- 6 cloves of organic chopped garlic
- 1 chopped organic onion
- 4 stalks of organic celery chopped
- 2 large organic carrots chopped
- 1/2 red organic pepper chopped
- (I chop it all in a food processor to save time)
- 1tsp organic parsley
- 1 tbs celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tbp each of organic pepper, thyme, turmeric, rosemary, cayenne(optional).
- Boil above in 6 cups of water and 2cups of chicken or vegetable stock & 1 tbs olive oil.
- OR
- Boil bone-in skin-on chicken peices in 10 cups of water to make your own stock…Fish them out after an hour simmering and remove the bones & skin, shread the meat and place back into the soup.
- Add 2 cups of your favorite noodles and 1 shredded cooked chicken breast (optional if you are veggie, use tofu if you like)
- Simmer until noodles & veggies are soft.
