Asian Style Noodles And Garden Salad

How to make it
- Asian Noodles:
- 1 Package of cooked and cooled organic long noodles (best to use left-over noodles, for this picture I used wild rice pasta)
- 5tbs of organic olive oil or toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of organic toasted sesame seeds
- 2 crushed organic hot chilies
- 1 tsp organic onion powder
- 1 tsp organic tamari sauce
- dash of celtic sea salt
- Mix the above dressing by shaking it in a glass jar with a lid. Pour over cooked cool noodles and toss through.
- Lightly salt and pepper one grass-fed chicken breast cut into thin strips or use tofu strips for vegetaian. Fry in olive oil until golden and serve on top of noodles.
- For the garden salad use whatever is fresh and available.
- For the salad pictured I used:
- 1 Large organic head of romaine
- 1/2 organic red pepper
- 2 organic roma tomatoes
- 1 organic spring onion
- 1/4 head of organic cauliflower
- Use your favorite salad dressing or make your own Asian dressing by shaking the following in a jam jar:
- 1/4 Cup of organic olive oil or toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbs of organic toasted sesame seeds
- 4 Tbs organic tamari
- 1 Tbs organic honey
- 1 Tbs organic apple cider vinegar
- Shake well and serve over garden salad.
