How to make it

  • Leave dough out for 2-3 hours to rise. For the ingredients, you can put however much of the garlic, salt, and grated cheese as you like.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a pan put olive oil and brown garlic for a few minutes, turn off burner and let it cool. Thaw out spinach easily by putting in strainer and letting water run over it for a few minutes. then squeeze the water from spinach and add to garlic then cook for 3-4 min, add salt. Shut off fire and add chopped olives, pepperoni, and romano cheese, mix well.
  • Spray pie plate, spread dough into pie plate , spread ingredients on top of dough.
  • In a bowl beat 1 egg and mix with 4oz of mozzarella cheese. Spread egg and cheese mixture over spinach mixture. Rub olive oil over edges of pie crust. cook for 20-25 min and its done!
