How to make it

  • Pre heat oven @ 375°f (190°C)
  • Mix the first 6 dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • Mix ( with a fork) the sugar and melted butter in a separate small bowl
  • Mix in eggs 1 at a time
  • Mix in milk and Tabasco
  • Gently fold liquid ingredients into dry ingredients
  • Fold in Jalapenos, tomatoes, and sauteed onions
  • Use a muffin tray with cup cake liners
  • half fill each cup cake with mix
  • Add 1 tspn of cream cheese to each cup cake and then cover with mixture
  • Bake for 35 min @ 375°f
  • eat warm....enjoy!
